MAKASSAR – The Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Medical Education Program at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS), Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, conducted a Semester I Learning Process Evaluation and Semester II Preparation Meeting on Friday, 10 July 2026. Held in the Second-Floor Meeting Room at FMHS Unismuh Makassar, the meeting also addressed preparations for the admission of new residents for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

The meeting formed part of the Faculty’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of specialist medical education. The evaluation focused on assessing residents’ achievement of academic competencies, clinical skills, and professional standards throughout Semester I, while also identifying areas requiring further improvement within the educational process.

The program commenced with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Hasanuddin, Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, M.Kes., Sp.PD-KGH., Sp.GK(K)., FINASIM. The meeting was subsequently officially opened by the Dean of FMHS, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Prof. Dr. dr. Suryani As’ad, M.Sc., Sp.GK(K).

The academic session began with a presentation on the curriculum roadmap and the learning outcomes of the current and upcoming semesters by the Head of the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Medical Education Program, dr. Andi Alamsyah Irwan, M.Kes., Sp.An-TI, Subsp. M.N(K). Meanwhile, the Program Secretary, dr. Juwita Badani, Sp.An-TI, Subsp.TI(K), presented an overview of residents’ academic assignments and competency achievements throughout the educational process.

The evaluation was further strengthened through a discussion session involving facilitators from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Hasanuddin, namely Prof. dr. Firdaus Hamid, Ph.D., Sp.MK(K), MCE; dr. Syafruddin Gaus, Ph.D., Sp.An-TI, Subsp.M.N.(K), Subsp.N.An.(K); and Dr. dr. Haizah Nurdin, M.Kes., Sp.An-TI, Subsp.T.I(K). The discussion provided an academic forum for reviewing achievements and identifying areas that require further strengthening in the delivery of the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Medical Education Program.

In addition to evaluating the Semester I learning process, the meeting addressed preparations for the admission of new residents to the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Medical Education Program for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. The discussion involved the Unismuh specialist medical education team and the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Hasanuddin, in its supervisory role. The agenda continued with a presentation by the Head of the Program outlining academic and educational preparations for Semester II.

The collaboration and academic mentorship provided by the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Hasanuddin, throughout the evaluation process and preparations for new resident admissions constitute an important component in the continued development of the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Medical Education Program at FMHS Unismuh. Regular evaluation is expected to ensure that the educational process remains aligned with established competency targets while continuously advancing the quality of specialist medical education.

Evaluasi Semester I, PPDS Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif FKIK Unismuh Matangkan Persiapan Semester II

MAKASSAR – Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan (FKIK) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar melaksanakan Rapat Evaluasi Proses Pembelajaran Semester I dan Persiapan Semester II, Jumat, 10 Juli 2026. Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Lantai 2 Kampus 1 FKIK Unismuh Makassar ini juga membahas persiapan penerimaan mahasiswa baru Tahun Akademik 2026/2027.

Kegiatan tersebut menjadi bagian dari upaya peningkatan mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan dokter spesialis di FKIK Unismuh. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk melihat ketercapaian kompetensi akademik, keterampilan klinis, dan profesionalisme peserta didik selama Semester I sekaligus mengidentifikasi berbagai aspek yang masih memerlukan perbaikan dalam proses pendidikan.

Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan sambutan Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Hasanuddin, Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, M.Kes., Sp.PD-KGH., Sp.GK(K)., FINASIM. Kegiatan kemudian dibuka secara resmi oleh Dekan FKIK Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Prof. Dr. dr. Suryani As’ad, M.Sc., Sp.GK(K).

Pembahasan akademik dimulai dengan pemaparan roadmap kurikulum dan capaian semester berjalan serta semester berikutnya oleh Ketua Program Studi PPDS Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif FKIK Unismuh, dr. Andi Alamsyah Irwan, M.Kes., Sp.An-TI, Subsp. M.N(K). Sementara itu, Sekretaris Program Studi, dr. Juwita Badani, Sp.An-TI, Subsp.TI(K), memaparkan capaian tugas dan kompetensi peserta didik selama proses pendidikan.

Evaluasi semakin diperkuat melalui sesi diskusi bersama sejumlah fasilitator dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Hasanuddin, yakni Prof. dr. Firdaus Hamid, Ph.D., Sp.MK(K), MCE; dr. Syafruddin Gaus, Ph.D., Sp.An-TI, Subsp.M.N.(K), Subsp.N.An.(K); serta Dr. dr. Haizah Nurdin, M.Kes., Sp.An-TI, Subsp.T.I(K). Diskusi menjadi ruang untuk membahas capaian sekaligus berbagai hal yang perlu diperkuat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan PPDS Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif.

Selain mengevaluasi pembelajaran Semester I, pertemuan tersebut membahas persiapan penerimaan mahasiswa baru PPDS Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif Tahun Akademik 2026/2027 bersama tim PPDS Unismuh dan FK Unhas sebagai pembina. Agenda dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan persiapan Semester II oleh Ketua Program Studi PPDS Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif.

Kolaborasi dan pendampingan bersama FK Unhas dalam proses evaluasi sekaligus persiapan penerimaan mahasiswa baru menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan PPDS Anestesi dan Terapi Intensif FKIK Unismuh. Evaluasi secara berkala diharapkan dapat memastikan proses pendidikan terus berjalan sesuai target kompetensi sekaligus mendorong peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dokter spesialis secara berkelanjutan.
