BEM FK Unismuh Makes History at the ISMKI National Meeting in Bali: Sweeps Three National Awards



Denpasar, Bali 30 August 2025 – The Faculty of Medicine (FK) at Muhammadiyah University (Unismuh) Makassar has once again proven the quality of its student leadership and talent on the national stage. During the Indonesian Medical Student Senate Association (ISMKI) National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) held at Warmadewa University, Bali, the BEM FK Unismuh delegation achieved a stellar performance by taking home three awards.
The ISMKI Rakornas is an important forum that brings together all medical student representatives across Indonesia to align work programs and evaluate organizational performance. BEM FK Unismuh’s success included three prestigious categories, demonstrating its dominance in organizational management, public relations, and arts:
- Most Active BEM President Award: This award was given in recognition of the BEM FK Unismuh President’s dedication and active contributions in every agenda, forum, and decision-making process at the national ISMKI level.
- Best Staff Quartal 2 Public Relations ISMKI National: An individual achievement was secured by Hafidha Amalia Ikram, who was named the Best Staff for Quarter 2 in the ISMKI National Public Relations Department, showcasing professionalism and effective work in building the organization’s image.
- 3rd Place, Medical Got Talent: The artistic talent of FK Unismuh students also shone, with Nadiah Ambarwati successfully winning 3rd place in the Medical Got Talent competition, proving that medical students are not only excellent academically but also possess extraordinary talent.
This achievement is a clear testament to BEM FK Unismuh’s commitment to balancing the roles of students as both scholars and activists. This success is a result of the strong synergy among the BEM board members, the full support of the faculty leadership, and the never-give-up spirit of all students.
