MAKASSAR – The Diploma III (D-III) Nursing Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS), Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, has officially been awarded the Excellent Accreditation status by the Indonesian Independent Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes). The accreditation was granted under Decree No. 0381/LAM-PTKes/Akr/Dip/VI/2026.

The Excellent Accreditation serves as formal recognition of the study program’s outstanding performance in educational governance, academic quality assurance, human resource development, learning processes, and the implementation of the university’s three core missions—education, research, and community service. This achievement reflects the program’s sustained commitment to academic excellence and continuous quality improvement.

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. dr. Suryani As’ad, M.Sc., Sp.GK(K), expressed her appreciation to all members of the academic community whose dedication and collaborative efforts contributed to this significant accomplishment.

“Alhamdulillah, this Excellent Accreditation is the result of the collective commitment, dedication, and hard work of the entire academic community of FKIK Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. We regard this recognition not as the culmination of our journey, but as a strong motivation to continuously enhance the quality of education, research, and community engagement while producing healthcare professionals who demonstrate excellence, integrity, and global competitiveness,” she said.

Prof. Suryani further emphasized that the accreditation represents both an achievement and a responsibility to uphold a culture of quality while continuously fostering innovation in health professions education.

The achievement further reinforces the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences’ commitment to delivering high-quality health professions education and contributing to the advancement of healthcare services through the development of competent, professional, and ethically responsible graduates.

Furthermore, the Excellent Accreditation is expected to inspire the entire academic community to maintain the highest standards of educational quality while expanding the faculty’s contributions to scientific advancement, innovation, and community health development at both the national and international levels.

D-III Keperawatan FKIK Unismuh Makassar Raih Akreditasi Unggul dari LAM-PTKes

MAKASSAR – Program Studi Diploma Tiga (D-III) Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan (FKIK) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar resmi meraih predikat Akreditasi Unggul dari Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Pendidikan Tinggi Kesehatan Indonesia (LAM-PTKes). Capaian tersebut ditetapkan melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor 0381/LAM-PTKes/Akr/Dip/VI/2026.

Predikat Akreditasi Unggul menjadi pengakuan atas kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan, tata kelola, sumber daya manusia, proses pembelajaran, serta pelaksanaan tridarma perguruan tinggi yang dijalankan Program Studi D-III Keperawatan FKIK Unismuh Makassar secara berkelanjutan.

Dekan FKIK Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Prof. Dr. dr. Suryani As’ad, M.Sc., Sp.GK(K), menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh sivitas akademika yang telah bekerja keras selama proses akreditasi hingga berhasil memperoleh hasil terbaik.

“Alhamdulillah, raihan Akreditasi Unggul ini merupakan buah dari kerja sama, dedikasi, dan komitmen seluruh sivitas akademika FKIK Unismuh Makassar. Pengakuan ini bukanlah akhir dari perjalanan, melainkan menjadi motivasi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta menghasilkan lulusan yang profesional, berintegritas, dan mampu bersaing di tingkat nasional maupun internasional,” ujar Prof. Suryani.

Ia menambahkan bahwa keberhasilan tersebut sekaligus menjadi amanah bagi fakultas untuk terus mempertahankan budaya mutu dan melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan kesehatan.

Keberhasilan Program Studi D-III Keperawatan meraih Akreditasi Unggul semakin memperkuat komitmen FKIK Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dalam menghadirkan pendidikan tinggi kesehatan yang bermutu serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui lulusan yang kompeten dan profesional.

Pencapaian ini juga diharapkan menjadi motivasi bagi seluruh sivitas akademika untuk terus mempertahankan standar mutu pendidikan dan memperluas kontribusi FKIK Unismuh Makassar dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat.
