MAKASSAR — A proud achievement has once again been accomplished by a student of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS), Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, on the international stage. Ikhwandi Chandra Nugraha successfully received the Fully Funded Global Education Turkiye Award and was also honored as The Most Active Delegate at the Global Education Turkiye program held in Istanbul, Turkiye, in February 2026.

The FMHS Unismuh Makassar student was selected as one of the fully funded delegates to participate in the global education program, which was attended by participants from various countries. The program featured a series of academic activities, international discussions, and cultural exchange sessions aimed at broadening global perspectives and strengthening the leadership capacity of young scholars.

During the program, Ikhwandi demonstrated active participation and made significant contributions throughout discussion sessions, presentations, and international forums. In recognition of his outstanding engagement, he was awarded The Most Active Delegate, a distinction given to participants who demonstrate exceptional involvement, communication skills, and meaningful contributions throughout the program.

Ikhwandi Chandra Nugraha expressed his gratitude for the achievement. “Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful for this opportunity and recognition. This experience has been extremely valuable, as it allowed me to learn directly within an international environment and expand my global network,” he stated.

This achievement represents a source of pride for the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS), Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, and serves as clear evidence that FMHS students are capable of competing and excelling at the international level. Mahasiswa FKIK Unismuh Makassar Raih Award Fully Funded Global Education Turkiye dan The Most Active Delegate

MAKASSAR, Prestasi membanggakan kembali ditorehkan mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan (FKIK) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar di kancah internasional. Ikhwandi Chandra Nugraha berhasil meraih penghargaan Fully Funded Global Education Turkiye sekaligus dinobatkan sebagai The Most Active Delegate dalam ajang Global Education Turkiye yang berlangsung di Istanbul, Turkiye, pada Februari 2026.

Mahasiswa FKIK Unismuh Makassar tersebut terpilih sebagai salah satu delegasi penerima pendanaan penuh (fully funded) untuk mengikuti program pendidikan global yang diikuti peserta dari berbagai negara. Program ini menghadirkan berbagai kegiatan akademik, diskusi internasional, serta pertukaran budaya yang bertujuan memperluas wawasan global dan memperkuat kapasitas kepemimpinan generasi muda.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Ikhwandi menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dan kontribusi signifikan selama sesi diskusi, presentasi, dan forum internasional. Atas keaktifannya, ia dianugerahi penghargaan The Most Active Delegate, yang diberikan kepada peserta dengan tingkat keterlibatan, komunikasi, dan kontribusi terbaik selama program berlangsung.

Ikhwandi Chandra Nugraha mengungkapkan rasa syukur atas pencapaian yang diraih. “Alhamdulillah, saya sangat bersyukur atas kesempatan dan penghargaan ini. Pengalaman ini sangat berharga karena saya dapat belajar langsung dari lingkungan internasional serta memperluas jejaring global,” ujarnya.
