Prospective students who are still in 12th grade can register and undergo the selection process using report card grades from semester 1 to semester 4;
Prospective students must be graduates of SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent; Graduates of the last 3 years.
Complete the original soft files in PDF format with a capacity of 5 MB:
– Formal photo (with any background color);
ID card (KTP) or Family Card (KK);
– High school diploma (SMA/MA/SMK) or Graduation Certificate (SKL) for those who have graduated;
– Cover, personal data, and report card grades from semesters 1 to 4;
– Achievement certificates (if available);
– Recommendation from Muhammadiyah or Aisyiyah (if available);
– Recommendation from the school principal (if available).
Graduates of SMA/MA/Pesantren with a Science major for the Bachelor of Medicine Study Program;
Graduates of SMA/MA/Pesantren with a Science or Social Science major for the D-3 Midwifery program (maximum age of 27 years and a minimum height of 150 cm);
Graduates of SMA/MA/Pesantren with a Science or Social Science major or Nursing Vocational School (SMK) for the D-3 Nursing program (maximum age of 27 years);
Must have a Certificate of Good Health and a Drug-Free Certificate from at least a Type C hospital or from the University Medical Centre (UMC) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.
