FKIK Unismuh– The Muhammadiyah Medical and Health Education Association (APKKM) for the management period 2022-2024, held an inauguration ceremony and board working meeting on October 6-8, 2022 in Makassar.
The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unismuh) Makassar received the trust of the APKKM Management as the host of the event. As is known, the Dean of FKIK Unismuh, Prof. Dr. Suryani As’ad, M.Sc, Sp.GK (K) was elected by acclamation as chairman of the 2022-2024 APKKM Board at the APKKM annual meeting at Muhammadiyah University Malang in July 2022.
The taking of the management pledge and the signing of the inauguration minutes were carried out by the Chairman of the Higher Education Research and Development Council (Diktilitbang) of the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership, Prof. H. Lincolin Arsyad, M.Sc, Ph.D.
The inauguration ceremony and the signing of the minutes were attended by Muhammadiyah South Sulawesi Regional Chairman, Dr. Ir. H. Syaiful Saleh, M.Si; Chairman of the Daily Board of Trustees (BPH) of Unismuh Makassar Prof. Dr. H. Gagaring Pagalung, M.Si, Ak.C.A; and Rector of Unismuh Makassar, Prof. Dr. H. Ambo Asse, M.Ag.
Prof. Lincolin Arsyad in his speech expressed his great hope that the Faculty of Medicine (FK) of Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) can become a leading institution in Indonesia, in producing excellent doctors in the community.
Present at the inauguration ceremony, the Deans of FK PTM throughout Indonesia, who are also the supervisors in the management of APKKM 2022-2024; along with FK PTM Lecturers who received the mandate as APKKM administrators based on the appointment of each institutional leader.
