FKIK Unismuh Medical Education Study Program- The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) Unismuh Makassar in recent years has been quite intense in receiving guest visits from various institutions and higher education institutions.

This time FKIK Unismuh Makassar received a group from the Faculty of Medicine, Pattimura University (Umpatti) Ambon, Thursday, July 7, 2022.

The visit of FK Unpatti Ambon was represented by Dr. Samuel Maruanaya, Sp.OT and Elpira Asmin, SKM, M.Kes.

After arriving on campus, the guests were welcomed by the Dean of FKIK Unismuh, Prof. Dr. Suryani As’ad, M.Sc, Sp.GK (K) as well as vice deans and lecturers of FKIK Unismuh in the meeting room of FKIK Unismuh Makassar.

The meeting, which began at 10:00 am, was characterized by discussions and questions and answers by the FKIK Unismuh and FK Unpatti Ambon, Maluku.

One of the topics discussed in this friendly visit was sharing about FKIK Unismuh’s precise strategy in achieving Accreditation A in a fairly fast time.

The visit of the Faculty of Medicine of Unpatti Ambon University to FKIK Unismuh Makassar was in the context of branchmarking activities as well as staying in touch with the leadership of lecturers and staff of FKIK Unismuh Makassar.

This visit is expected to strengthen cooperation between FKIK Unismuh and FK Unpatti in all matters that can advance both parties.

After this visit, FKIK Unismuh will also make a return visit to FK Unpatti in Ambon, Maluku which is scheduled for July 11, 2022.

The plan will be attended by representatives of faculty leaders, lecturers and students.

It is said that this visit is in the context of the Regional Medical Olympiade activity which is one of the annual agendas of Indonesian medical students organized by FK Unpatti which this year acts as the host of the activity.
